1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentNOC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including property managers, landlords, property owners, tenants, and any other individuals who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

RentNOC is a cloud-based property management platform that provides tools for managing short-term and long-term rental properties, including but not limited to: rent collection, tenant management, lease administration, owner disbursements, channel synchronization with third-party booking platforms, expense tracking, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@rentnoc.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

RentNOC offers tiered subscription plans billed per property on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the then-current rate for your selected plan.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm tenants, owners, or other parties.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Stripe, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. RentNOC is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using rent collection features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by RentNOC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant RentNOC a limited license to use that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RentNOC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice — consult a qualified professional for those matters.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentNOC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
