Adding Properties
How to add a new property to RentNOC and assign it an owner.
Add a property
From the sidebar, go to Properties, then click Add Property.

Basic Info
Fill in the property name, class, and type. If this property has more than one rentable unit (e.g. a duplex or multi-unit building), turn on Multiple rental units. You can also assign an owner here if one is already set up under Owner Clients.

Location
Add the street address, city, state, and zip. The description is optional but shows up on the public listing if you publish one.

Guests & Space, Sleeping
Set base and max guest counts, bathrooms, and square footage. Under Sleeping Arrangements, click Add Bedroom for each bedroom, then choose bed types and quantities per room.

Policies & Amenities
Set check-in/check-out times, min/max stay, and whether linens are included. Below that, search or scroll to select amenities — these also populate your public listing if you connect channels like Airbnb or VRBO.

When you're done, click Create property.
What happens next
You'll land on the property's Overview page, with a tab for each part of the property's setup: Details, Expenses, Pricing, Cancellation Policy, Listing, Availability, Entry & Access, Guidebook, and Maintenance. From here you can also create a booking, add an expense, or share the listing.

Assign an owner
If you didn't set an owner during creation, go to the property's Details tab and set Property owner in Basic Info. The owner needs to already exist under Owner Clients — see Creating an Owner if you haven't added one yet.

Click Save changes.
