Setting Property Pricing
How to set nightly rates and fees so a property can start taking bookings.
A property can't take bookings until it has pricing set. On the property, go to the Pricing tab (Base Pricing sub-tab).
Fill in:
- Nightly Rate — the base rate per night. Check Different rate for Friday/Saturday nights if you want a separate weekend rate.
- Cleaning Fee and Linen Fee — flat fees added per booking.
- Security Deposit — held and released automatically based on your General settings' auto-release window.
- Extra Guest Fee — charged per night, per guest above the unit's base guest count.
- Pet Fee — a flat fee for the whole stay, not per night.
- State Tax and Local/Occupancy Tax — applied automatically to bookings; note State Tax applies to nightly + guest fees + cleaning + pet, while Local/Occupancy Tax applies to the nightly subtotal only.
Click Save Pricing.
The other tabs on this page — Add-on Charges, Pricing Rules, and Length-of-Stay Discounts — are optional and can be configured any time.
What happens next
