Availability
How to view the booking calendar, block dates, and sync external calendars.
On the property, go to the Availability tab to see a monthly calendar of the unit's status — paid, signed, pending, and blocked dates are color-coded.
Block dates
Click Block Dates, select a start and end date on the calendar, choose a type (Maintenance, Owner Hold, or External), and add an optional label — useful for keeping a property offline for repairs or an owner's personal stay.
Calendar Feed and external calendars
Further down, Generate Feed URL creates an iCal link you can share with owners, cleaners, or co-hosts, or subscribe to directly in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
External Calendars does the reverse: paste in an iCal URL from Airbnb, VRBO, or another platform to import their bookings here and prevent double-booking. Imported calendars sync automatically every 2 hours.
