Guidebook
How to build the guest-facing guidebook guests receive after booking.
On the property, go to the Guidebook tab. This builds the page guests receive a link to once their booking is confirmed.

Enable Guidebook is on by default. A few sections to fill in:
- Welcome Message — a rich-text intro, written with the same editor used for agreement templates
- Host Contact — name, phone, and email guests can reach you at
- Address Override — only needed if the guidebook should show a different address than the property's own (e.g. a separate check-in office)
- Essentials — check-in/check-out times and step-by-step instructions, Wi-Fi name and password, A/C & heating notes, and parking info. Note that the entry code itself is set on Entry & Access, not here.
Further down, Highlights, In-House Shop, Local Recommendations, House Rules, and Quiet Hours are all optional add-ons. Section Visibility at the bottom controls which of these guests actually see.

Each section saves independently — click Save under the section you just edited.
Preview
Click Preview at the top to see exactly what guests see once they open their guidebook link. Sensitive details like the entry code are blurred out in preview mode.
